1. You Own the Story
NativePresence is a container, not an owner. Every file and word remains the property of the individual and their Nation.
2. No AI Training
Sacred knowledge belongs to people, not algorithms. We block scraping and we do not sell data for model training.
3. Right of Removal
Data sovereignty includes the right to be removed. You can request export and permanent deletion.
4. ICIP Protocols
We follow cultural and intellectual property protocols. “Sacred” visibility keeps ceremonial knowledge within the circle.
